Develop Don't Destroy Brooklyn: Action group that is leading the fight against Forest City Ratner's ridiculous development proposal for a STADIUM and huge glass buildings in the heart of Fort Greene - one of Brooklyn's oldest, greenest and most beautiful neighborhoods.
Weapons of Mass Entertainment: Dave Stewart, of Eurythmics fame, is also very active in environmental causes. Weapons of Mass Entertainment is dedicated to making music a political act, a cause which sits just right with me. Dave has also said very nice things about our album that made us happy.
A.N.S.W.E.R. - Act Now to Stop War and End Racism: Gutsy, brave NYC based political action group with a lot of integrity and style.
Green Party Worldwide: The Greens actually have a lot of political clout around the world, not that you would necessarily know this by reading US media outlets, and have a vision about safe technological progress and protecting our planet.
Climate Crisis/ An Inconvenient Truth: Al Gore's great documentary about global warming and what we can all do to adjust our lifestyles and avert this crisis.
Move On: Political action group that is galvanizing the left leaning voting public.

Poet Eileen Myles: The best writing teacher I ever had and a rockin' woman/legend of NYC's Lower East Side.
Poet W. H. Auden: My favorite, as is true for many people. Really wish I could have met him. "The More Loving One" is a poem of his that I set and recorded on "Green City".
Poet's House, NYC: One of the best kept secrets in NYC. For anyone who needs a little quiet space to dream, write, breathe.

La Machine: Most incredible French street theater group.
Richard Pryor: A legend who cleary does not need any plugs from me. But, at this site you can get rare DVD's and CD's like the "Richard Pryor Show" with scenes - such as Maya Angelou and Willie the Whino in a tragic-comedy on network TV - which may just change your life!
